The Royal Society of Chemistry announces the launch of three new open access journals.
All journals accept articles for publication from August 2021. The journals will be open access with all article processing charges (APCs) waived until mid-2024.
Digital Discovery will be the first of its kind, meeting the trend towards greater automation and data-driven scientific techniques head-on. It will cover the application of machine learning to solve scientific problems, so will be home to groundbreaking computational research from the areas of chemistry, biology, physics, and materials & biomedical sciences.
Sensors & Diagnostics will cover interdisciplinary research across multiple disciplines (analytical, chemical biology, materials, and nano sectors), with a highlight on conceptual progress in all aspects of sensor research
Environmental Science: Advances is a new environmental scientific journal which, it will span not only chemistry, but also research from any discipline related to the environmental sciences.
