How to make a reservation and important rules:
- Reservation system: Use our online system.
- Multiple hours: If you need the study room for a longer period of time, please make a separate reservation for each hour.
- Advance booking: You can make a reservation up to 14 days in advance.
- Your name: When making a reservation, please always provide your real first and last name. Reservations that cannot be linked to a library user will be canceled.
- Flipcharts: Study rooms are equipped with flipcharts, which are available for your use.
- Markers: For writing on flipcharts, please use only markers, which we will be happy to lend you at the lending or information desk.
